First Aid Training Courses

This training course focuses on the essentials of first aid. It is primarily a practical course to give first aiders an update in understanding and practical confidence in key areas.

First aid is defined as the help given to a sick or injured person until full medical treatment is available. The Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 require an employer to provide suitable first aid cover in the workplace.

This course is designed to provide delegates with enhanced skills, knowledge and confidence to respond to a range of accidents, injuries and emergencies they could encounter in a higher risk workplace.
